Problem with Downloading Latest Version of Website X5 Pro

I am having problems downloading the latest version of Website X5. I had a problem with the update within the program and had already tried uninstalling the program completely along with removing all files and downloading it fresh from scratch. However, that never resolved the problem of updating within the program itself.
Yesterday and this morning, I tried to download a fresh copy of the update from the Website X5 website in my Licenses / Downloads area. However, it seems that it starts to download the file slowly and eventually times out and never completes the download. I tested on whether it was my computer or internet, and went to another website to download a music program which was a bit larger in size to the X5 update, but it downloaded quick and with no problems, so I'm led to believe the issues i'm experiencing lies with Incomedia or WX5 website itself rather than my internet or issues on my end.
Please help me in figuring out how to be able to download the latest update however I am able to going forward. Thank you.
Hello. Try temporarily disabling your firewall, don't use a VPN, don't use a proxy, and don't use a download manager.
