Row formats video play

In my case, I created that row video plays in the background and the letters are displayed in the foreground... In the Ios system, the letters go over the play button, so it is impossible to start the video... I think this is a problem, maybe only with my project?

... for the background video of the row there is no play button...
... for i(!) devices try with video format in WEBM or in OGG...
