I recive from email forms emails from my gmail adress who i do not set anywhere

This is mind blowing for me. In contact forms i set a domain email adress to recive the emails but in my imbox they came from my gmail account. That i can live with it but the confirmation email to users was sent from gmail also even i set in the form a info@domain adress.

Now i ask myself from where it take my gmail adress, and how to fix that ?

Which email address is in step 5 "Export", selection "Export the website to the Internet" when you click on 'Parameters' at the bottom right and then select the 'Email' area? The desired sender email address belongs here. Change that and check again...
