ERROR WHILE PROJECT LOADING

I am using incomedia X5. i get this error: ERROR WHILE PROJECT LOADING. I use new Evolution 9 and i update it. How can i fix this?

Hi Asaad A..

look at step 0 in the "Preference" windows when the WebsiteX5 save the project.

Go in this folder and delete the "preview" and "upload" folder, than delete the file project.iwprj and metadata.xml. Rename the file backup.iwprj in project.iwprj.

Open the program and select it from projects recent.

I triedthe same wayandhave notsucceededin this, butwillchange afew wordsofArabic andtheyare stored in thepointsand linessuch asthe voicebelow.
