How to send a completed excel spreadsheet from site by email

I will have a locked page that only my technicians can access. They will be filling out an excel spreadsheet for mileage reimbursement. How can I put the spreadsheet on the site, so that they can email the completed sheet to my email address?

Hello Tom,
We recommend to insert an object module sending emails with the ability to attach files. From the settings of the object you can select send data by email adress.

Hello Tom,
At the step 3 you can insert form the object e-mail form and enter a type of field "Attachment". Then you allow the sending of files by e-mail from tab "Send" of object e-mail form.
