Hi. i purchased ur software and downloaded also from the link u sent. Once i install it, it never asks for the license key, it just opens up the program, therefore, any project i creat has the "unregistered version" mark and other stuff like black and white images. Please, i need i solution or im gonna cancel the pruchase. thanks.

Hi Mariano,
you need to uninstall the program and delete the folder that remain.
If you have Windows vista/7 delete the Incomedia folder in c:\users\yourname\appdata\local\incomedia
