Exporting to the Internet

I am currently trying to export to the website and the following message appears; "Impossible to connect to server. Verify the entered parameters with the Internet Provider." As I am able to access my e-mail and post to this forum, I have a good internet connection. Any advice as to how I should proceed?

If that's the case and my FTP details are incorrect, any ADVICE on how to proceed from here? The school is using this package since 2008 and I would not know where to find a hard copy of our FTP details!
