Can anyone advise if I can authorize another admin to make site updates/changes without them having to purchase the X5 app. The website is hosted by CrazyDomains. (I'm pretty much a newbie)
Thank you.

The WebSite X5 license allows the program to be installed on 2 different PCs in different locations.
So the 2nd person can also install WebSite X5 on their PC.
There is also the possibility that the backup copy (5 Export > Export project = file with .iwzip) is sent back and forth. This way you can take turns editing the project, but not at the same time, otherwise each other's edits will be lost.
WebSite X5 connects to Incomedia every time it is started and checks whether the user is authorized.
I did this to my brother 5 years ago so that he should be able to continue working with the program, but then I was left to edit the website and my brother only sent the text and the picture request.
