It happens suddenly at intervals, not always, but i notice more and more... Contacting my hosting provider everything works fine... Hm...

The new HTTP status code 451 indicates when a transfer is suppressed for legal reasons. Unlike 403 or 404, which can have many reasons, 451 explicitly draws attention to censorship.
What remains: Check the content and correct it if necessary.
