Using W11, "Initializing project" hangs after s/w upgrade 2023.2.5

Click on the user name at the top right and select "My Profile", here you will find the current version of the X5 website under "Download" and here you will also find the license key for the installation.
If that doesn't work, provide more information about your computer and wait for Incomedia staff.
