Earlier both my website and Website X5's preview google maps app. were working perfectly. However, unfortunately recently both on my website and preview it does not show up.

Probably a problem with php. The WebsiteX5 version 2019.3.x you are using still works with php 5.6 and cannot handle the new php versions. Your provider has probably switched to one of the new php versions 8.x. You should update to the latest WebsiteX5 version or you will need to remove Google Maps from your website.
