Problem Updating Website X5 Pro

When I try to update my website X5 Pro I got the following message in spanish: No es posible activar el programa de actualizacion porque no está presente una copia registrada de Incomedia Website X5. My License Key is still active until 10/11/2023. I have been using Website X5 since 2012. What can I do?

Click on the username in the top right corner and select "My Profile". The current version can be downloaded here under "Download" and the license key for the installation is also available here.
