Hello, I have installed version 2023.2.8 The programme will not start.  en

Hello,

I HAVE ALREADY:

Uninstalled, removed all traces from registry, rebooted, reinstalled version 2023.2.8 , deactivated antivirus, installed in safe mode, attempted to run in Admin mode, re downloaded, reinstalled previous version = The programme will not start.

I have many programmes installed, non of them are having any issues, this is only with Website X5

I am running windows 11, all my software, drivers, windows 11 are updated to latest versions.

And STILL it will not start.

when I attempt to start, I get the hour glass for a few seconds, then the User Account Control pop up, I answer yes, and thats it.....nothing.....

Anyone had this, or have any ideas would be very welcome.

In an article in the german forum it was stated that two programs

  • Zoom meeting 
  • Cisco Webex

apparently caused this problem. After uninstalling the two programs, Incomedia Website X5 could be started in the latest version. This means that Zoom and/or WebEx interfered with the Incomedia installation.
