Problem with exporting to the Internet. Still functional, after the last update (I don't know if it had an effect) export is not possible. W5 says to add the necessary parameters, access to the database. I emphasize, I did not make any changes, so I have no idea if any database was set up before. I solved it with the hosting supplier, and since according to them a database is not required, they advised me to consult with W5. I am grateful for your advice and guidance. I created the database and the export went through, although there is a message in the window: The following tests failed. MYSQL setting, I clicked Ignore. Export done. It is OK?
Can you try to check if push notifications are active in Step 1 -> Site Management? From this version, they will require the configuration of a Database
From the Incomedia STAFF.
Hi Patrik!
As Giancarlo suggested, please check if on Step 1 > Website management the option for the push notification is active and, if so, please disable it.
Thanks! Kind regards.
Good afternoon, I have the same problem when I am uploading the website.
Step 1 > Website management the option for the push notification is active
Website X5 PRO version: 2023.3.5
The website URL with should have a slash / at the end.
The database information must be entered under “Parameters” in the “Data Management” tab if a database is to be used.
The database must be created at webhostingprovider, where there are also instructions on what the database information looks like and in which input field it must be entered.
Also name the web hosting provider and write whether simple web hosting or a server is used so that the helpers here can possibly give special tips.
I had no problems with the update.
Hi Pedro,
if the option for the push notification is active, please disable it and repeat the export.
Thanks! Kind regards.
