Blog evolution 9 not working

I am using Evolution 9. When i go on the blog I can not choose a theme like I could with evolution 8.
even worse, when I put the site on line, there is not link for the blog!!! I don't understand that. with evolution 8 it was showing up in the menu bar but not with evolution 9. Please help.
note that I can not get update for evolution 9 due to email registration problem, so maybe I have a version with a bug and it needs an update.

In V9, the blog is directly embedded in the website so it uses the same graphic elements as the rest of the website, but you can customize a lot of its components, in a better way than in V8.
To add a blog to your site, create it in step 4, Advanced features, set up yout blog and post a first comment. Then go back at step 2, Sitemap creation. You'll see a Special Pages section, at the bottom. Just drag and drop the blog page where you want it in the sitemap and it will show in the menu. Dont forget to activate the captcha, to prevent spam attacks.

Yo si he podido activar el blog, pero antes había diseños automáticos con plantillas, ahora no encuentro plantillas por ningún lado, hay que construirlo a manao, por pasos, pero con un diseño horrible. No sé cómo mejorar el diseño. Pido ayuda ...
