Go to Sitemap and edit the page or folder name where needed and hold down the alt key and press 31.
alt31 gives you ▼

... for those who don't have the numeric keypad, ... and for those who don't know yet, you can also do a simple copy/paste from the Windows character map, or from any ASCII table on the WEB...
