Hi john uzuegbu,
thanks for these detailled information.
The provided message helped me to understand the problem. Your provider does not support to send e-mails in html.
You should contact your provider anche change settings. You need to make sure that PHP5 is running and properly configured on the server. If your e-mail form does not work after you have tried the previous step, please proceed as follows:
- Open the program and select the item "Preferences" in step 0.
- Select the option "E-mail form script type". By default the "Standard Script" is used: if this script does not work, due to the configurations on the Server being used, try replacing it and enable the "Low-level Script" or "Low-quality Server Script" options.
Kind Reagrds,

I do understand what you said but i have no problem with it. My major concern is why does it have <***s> as the message ID. So i want to know if ***s> is can be use as an identification via websitex5. Can someone use ***s> to identify who bought the websiex5.
I just want to know if it possess any security risk or if its exposing our purchase ID.
Hi john uzuegbu,
don't worry! This ID does not refer to a user id. It is a random number.
Kind Regards,
Noemi
