Thickness of the colored border is not working

In the footer you can an image provided with a (colored) border. You can also Adjusting the thickness of the (colored) border, but this option does not work. I can not adjust the thickness. What can be the problem ?

Before i have no problem with this, since the last update it is not working anymore.

You can add a border to your image in the footer section simply by clicking on the ''colored border effect'' and adjusting it. Is this what you are trying to do? Could you please kindly attach a screenshot and point out what you are using and where exactly? Thank you.

Hallo,
When i add a colored border effect in the header, you can also settingthe thickness of the border, but that is not working. When i set the thickness of theborderto 1 or 3position,thethickness is notchanged.
