Wx5 Evo Installer incorrectly identifies my 64-bit system type  en

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to install WX5 Evo on another computer (tablet) but, even if it's a 64-bit system type, that's identified as a 32-bit (see attachment).

What do you recommend? Installing the WX5 Evo 32-bit version?

I read some threads about the Pro version, but not the Evo.

Any help is much appreciated!innocent

Thanks wink

Hi Franz-Josef,

Yes, it works! Thank you very much!

Is it the 32 or 64-bit version the one you suggested? I'm asking because the graphics is a bit grainy/pixelated compared to my other computer (see attachment).

beware that as Incomedia STAFF wrote this is the last 32bit version to be released.
However the STAFF is trying to solve the problem for these particular systems

Thank you so much for the clarification Claudio.

Do you have any idea why, even if my operating system is 64-bit, the installer sees it as a 32-bit? I'm asking because that's my only computer (tablet actually) at the moment, and I'd like to use it for a while as it's brand new undecided

If you don't need updates to WebSiteX5, you can probably use the current 32-bit version for years without renewing the license.

And if Incomedia is also interested in Windows emulator customers and wants to sell them new licenses, then the company must also offer working current versions for these customers.

perhaps I have not explained myself...
WebsiteX5 misrecognises your system...
the STAFF is trying to find out what's causing it to fix the error...

Hi Fabio,

I confirm we are aware of this issue and starting from the upcoming new major version this shouldn't occur anymore.

Thanks! Kind regards.
