I'm afraid that, as you already verified yourself, the only solution is to use the ecommerce section of the website outside of the iframe.

Having the website run inside an iframe is not a standard situation, and not all functionalities of the shop would work as expected. In this case, the only solution is standardizing the website so that it operates normally in a standard condition
