I Can't Run My Projects Off My Data Drive

Even after doing the Export and Re-Import rubbish (for an imported v8 project), that we shouldn't have to do.All that is put on my data drive folder is the image files (and these are unnecessarily duplicated many times in the My Docs folder) and not the whole project. I want the projects to reside on my data drive and not my system drive, mainly because of of the way my back-ups are set up.
Oh and by the way the re-import don't change the file location, or copy the file from the old project location, of the Website Icon, I had to do that manually. How many other things like this are we to find in the future!!

Hello Colin,
To change the project's folder, you simply have to go to the software preferences. After changing the folder, all the new projects will be stored in there.
Before changing the folder, you can export to iwzip all your actual projects, so you can import them after changing folder.

All done thank, where I want it now. But why do you need to have a separate folder for the Linked Files, I would have thought it would be neater to place that folder in the Project folder as well?
We did that because we know there are customers that want to place the project files in other folders. In that way they know where they are.
