Thank you, I know this solution but it is not a practical wat. :(
I understand, it's not practical but it's the only solution
I have a cheap notebook with Windows 11 Home and no problems with WebSiteX5 Pro 2023.3.10.
Some time ago I couldn't close WebSiteX5, so I used Task Manager and quit the program and started it again later.
Hello Orhan,
does this occur every time that the software is opened, or does the X sometimes work?
Have you already tried re-installing the software?

Dear Eric
Always since I installed the win11 operating system. I didn't work never.
I tried every think in more than 2 years. I opened a ticket one or two years ago.
This year I tried with new version. The same error was still valid.

Hello Orhan,
I wasn't able to find another topic about the matter, was it perhaps with a different account?
I would suggest checking the situation after a clean reinstall.
First uninstall the software as usual, then go to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Incomedia and you should find one or more folders for WebSite X5. For your current version, it should be WebSite X5 - Pro. Delete this folder.
Restart the PC, then download the installer from this link:
https://www.websitex5.com/download/v2023.3/wsx5_pro.exe
Temporarily turn off your antivirus and firewall, and run the installer as administrator, then check if the behavior when trying to close the window is the same.
Regarding your screenshot, those are processes related to the software, it is regular for them to be visible in the task manager.

I've had this same problem for more than a year now. The answer given here appears to have fixed it. A big THANK YOU to Eric C., Incomedia :)
