No Admin Page

I understood that there should be an Admin page named like www.mypage.de/admin. When I try to reach this page I get an error 404.

I think you have had problems with the connection to your server, you should try to delete everything you have on your web space and reload your entire website.
Please let me know if you need more help!

tried it, same problem again :-(

Works now.
What I did:
- Backed up web page
- Deleted whole page
- Created new project with just default content
- Uploaded that project
- Added Admin folder from that project to backup of original web page
- Deleted whole page
- Restored original web page
