Please can someone help me why after entering the FTP parameter I still get the message to enter the parameter completely. This only happens if I choose another web space provider. If I choose website x5 hosting, it will work, so I had previously created an account. I would like to see a solution. Thank you in advance.

I created the free account for publishing during the first use of the software website x5 pro, but I do not need it, because I have been using another one for some time.

I use sanjayrama.nl as host.
and see attachment to settings.
When I test on your server, it works fine.
If I choose another server, I cannot get a connection.
I personally have the feeling that this is due to activation on your server.

I meant which web hosting provider does the web hosting for the website sanjayrama.nl - perhaps there is information there about the FTP parameters that have to be entered into the WebSiteX5 program.

It could be that the web hosting is used by idfnv.com, unfortunately there is no general information there to look at, only paid help for customers.

I'm not an employee of Incomedia, they probably won't be online again until Monday.

the problem has already been solved, the provider has sent me new login details. At first they did not want to cooperate in solving my problem, but when I forwarded your letter to the provider, they sent me new data, which was also what I had requested.
So problem is solved!!
