Update, why, how?

The program detects an available update. I am trying to update the program and all day I have a message that is the problem with the server or have a problem with the Internet. Internet is fine. Why can not they update the program?
Program wykrywa dostępną aktualizację. Próbuję zaktualizować program i przez cały dzień mam komunikat że jest problem z serwerem lub mam problem z internetem. Internet jest wporządku. Dlaczego nie mogą zaktualizować programu?

POdobny komunikat miałe chcąc aktywować program przez internet, musiałem zrobić to ręcznie. NIe podoba mi się to że nie mogę uruchomić aktualizacji

Coś na Twoim komputerze lub w sieci, do której jesteś podłączony musi blokować programowi dostęp do serwerów Incomedia. Może jakieś proxy lub oprogramowanie typu firewall.

mam tylko windowsowy program firewall, ewentualnie NOD, noda wyłączyłem, dla WEB SITE ustawiłem wyjątek w windowsowym firewallu

nie pomogło, sprubuję na drugim komputerze jeszcze

Jeżeli na drugim komputerze sytuacja wygląda tak samo, to problem musi leżeć gdzieś w Twoim połączeniu z siecią - proxy lub firewall sprzętowy (np. na routerze).
