Error: Index Was Out Of Range

Hi i just installed V9 version (i have V8 installed too) and i import a V8 project. After that i want to open the imported project but i get this message:
"An error occured while loading the Project.
[Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of collection. Parameter name: index]"
...and after that i press OK and it returns to main window whitout loading the project.
Please let me know ASAP what is the problem.
PS: My site language in V8 is Romanian...when it will be available in V9 too?

Hello Daniel,
We know this bug and we've already fixed it. We're going to publish an update which fixes this issue very soon.
The romanian language is quite ready so I think it will come soon too.
