For transfer the domain as .in extension is not available

I want to transfer my domain of website www.lifewithcolours.in from one.com to websitex5. as per the procedure from the all message and other related articles which is published by websitex5 help center. I am doing all that for transferring when i am writing my wesbite it shows that extension is not avaiable please try to search other extension. here i am attching the screenshot.

unfortunately some domain extensions are currently not available for registering or trasferring the domain with us.
In these instances, you would need to redirect it, rather than transfer it:

is that just will transfer the hosting then i have pay the charges for both one.com and for websitex5

the domain and hosting are separate costs.
If you redirect the domain and use it on the WebSite X5 hosting, then we will charge you for the hosting renewals, but One.com will be the one charging you for the domain renewals.
