Sticky bar with background color

Hi,
I changed the Sticky bar background color from Transparent to White. It is dispalyed when preview the website but on loading to the server it get back to transparent. Please advise

In the browser, click the F5 key while holding down the left Ctrl key.
If that doesn't help, then click on "Preview" in WebSiteX5 while holding down the Ctrl key and wait until the progress bar has completely scrolled through. Then export the website completely.
