I am using X5 Evo 2024.1.9 and updated it today before opening my project file. When I reloaded the software my project file and my project backup wasn't visible as an existing project.
When looking in the program files, my project is still there named as 'project' dated 23/05/2024 saved as an IWPRJ2 file. However when I try to import from the source folder or load from this file nothing happens.
There is no displayed error and the published URL is:

Please help, I need to update the website ASAP!

I subsequently tried to install a previous version, the only previous version available on this website was 2023.3.11. I can now see my project and backup but it won't open as it needs to be version 2024.1.8 however, this is not available for download. Where can I get this version?

Alan, when you say "my project file and my project backup wasn't visible as an existing project" do you mean that the project was not visible to load?
If this is the case, please check preferences on startup of WX5 and ensure that the default path is pointing to where your projects are stored.

I did this straight away, the defaut path is accurate. I downloaded version 2024.1.8 and even with the right path the project isn't visible. Why isn't this showing as the previous version told me that I needed version 2024.1.8?

This is what I get when the projects show in an earlier version - 2023.3.11 but neither project show up in any later versions of the software. HELP PLEASE!
Hello Alan,
was the whole folder of the project copied to the path shown here in version 2024.1.9, or only the project.iwprj2 file?

We have copied the whole folder to the default path and it's still not visible in the software.
Hello Alan,
could you please send me a copy of the folder using WeTransfer.com or similar services, at the address sales @ incomedia.eu (without spaces)?
Thank you.

I am sending the folder via our secure SFX file transfer for your attention Eric. Thank you.

Sent via Google Drive instead due to file size.
Hello Alan,
I was successful in detecting and opening the project once placed in the project folder.
I exported it into an IWZIP, which you should be able to import with version Evo 2024.1.9, you can download it at the link I will send you as soon as the upload is finished.
Please let me know if it works.
