When I export on LAN, it works fine.

But when export via OpenVPN can't. I already open ports 20 and 21 and still can't. If remove passive FTP can't get server, don't know what port need to open more or smething else.

Hello Luis,
what FTP parameters are you using when exporting via OpenVPN compared to via LAN?
What kind of error or alert is displayed when trying to export like this?
Could you lease provide screenshots?
Thank you.

Hello
Via LAN not necessary to configure anything, just export and all ok.
I allow port 21 on firewall to OpenVPN
I use same configuration as LAN. Only thing I do is connect via OpenVPN and export

It says "Checking destination folder"  and after "Unable to establish a connection to the server"

If I click on destination folder I get error attached

Regards

Hello Luis,
if you use OpenVPN, is the connection to the server regularly possible when using external FTP tools, such as FileZilla for example?

Hello Luis,
if this is the case, I would suggest checking in with your hosting provider's support to find out whether there may be some specific steps necessary to have a fully compatible connection when using OpenVPN.
