I lost my computer with the program and website backups. I have installed the program on another computer. How can I recover my website which is already online?

If you don't have the project files OR an iwzp with the project you have to recovwer your project from the files on the web.

How to do that?

You have to copy (FTP) the files to your PC and then start the project from scratch.

You make a subfolder to the project.

You can see how the pages are structured by looking at the website.

You use the images from the PC and you copy paste the text from the web.

You either paste the text into notepad++ or paste dirextly into a textbox by using the SHIFT Ctrl V.

This paste the text unformatted.

When you upload to the project to the internet DO NOT upload to the root. Set the project to the newly created subfolder.

When the subfolder is what you want then you can set the X5 project to upload to the root.

If you have a iwzip file (on a USBstick or so) then use that, and you can then edit your project. This is the most pain-free method.

If you have your project files (on a USB-stick or so) then copy them to your PC.

In the X5 settings set the path for the project files to where you copied the files.

You should now be able to open the project(s) in your X5.
