Hi, This latest website update has caused me so much stress with no longer being able to host with Vodien is they can fix the upload settings and I no longer have an ignore these setting on upload.

I am now hosting with Website X5 to resolve this issue and still now cant get the hosting to operate as it says the DNS records are not correct. Spent aged on the chat with Vodien and she said it was due to the NS1 and NS2 being incorrect and chaged them to Vodien.

Hope someone can help. I just want to upload my website like I used to when I simply placed my username and password and upload it did and not spend valuable hours doing this IT stuff

Incomedia employees are online during office hours in Italy and can then help with the problem.

Maybe the moderators can help, otherwise wait for the Incomedia employees.

Hello Andrew,
from what I can see none of the records is displayed as correctly configured, as in your screenshot A7.
I would suggest contacting your hhosting provider again, and giving them the values for all of the records you need to set to that they can add them directly, perhaps some of the changes were not properly registered after your modifications.

As an additional example, using some of the tools to find the DNS records, the "A" record I can currently find for envirocleanoz.com.au is 103.11.189.189 rather than 81.31.155.62, and the "MX" record is 0:envirocleanoz-com-au.mail.protection.outlook.com instead of 10 mail.envirocleanoz.com.au
