Selling personal courses through blogging  en

Hello need to make a training paid blog in which will be unique content, I need to set up different levels of access to it, namely different access to different categories of information, it will be closed information only for students. This will be a closed training course paid, but some of the information I want to leave open to all visitors. I have studied everything that I found from you, I did not understand how you can add audio recordings to the blog at that, video, music nothing is impossible to add. My colleagues do it just by adding people to the telegram group but I think it's just terrible.

How can I add audio, video, to blog articles so that students can see it all now it is not possible to put different access to different categories of information and that others do not see it!

It is possible to create a page that will display the category from the blog via RSS FEED, but it looks bad! categories will be led by professionals and it is necessary that no one can copy this information, and video download!

At the moment there is only option to make the blog active only for registered users, and then all categories of the blog are shown, but I need that people can not see those for which they have not paid and do not have access to it!

I haven't done a project like this before.

But instead of blog and categories you could also use normal pages and levels.

For paid content you could use the shop and digital products with a download link.

Maybe users who have done something like this will get in touch and give tips.

Thanks but that it is possible to sell courses online I know, I need to sell access to a section that will be led by a person every day, it is not a recorded course but online giving training materials.

Hello Myson,
based on what you would like to achieve in terms of content and in terms of customizing the access restrictions, I would suggest using regular pages as Daniel mentioned, rather than blog posts.

If no WebSite X5 users come forward who have already implemented something like this and want to report on their experiences, then I can make theoretical considerations for now.

You could sell various digital products in the shop, for example courses A, B, C and D. For each of the digital products (courses) you would provide a download file with the access data to the protected course page.

Thank you for the answer, I know that you can make different pages, but how to dialogue in these chats and write articles? If the only place where I can conveniently write is a blog!? Maybe you have some ideas? I like when I can sit down with a cup of coffee to make an article and post a link to it in my social networks!

Hello,
I am not sure of the type of website you have in mind and so it is not easy to provide suggestions, but if you want to have articles, you could both use the blog and regular protected pages for the information that you want to be locked behind a purchase, with links within the articles leading to those pages or something similar.

thanks Eriс, that's right i thought to make protected pages and blog categories to display on these pages, you have rss feed object, but i understood that it has no possibility to flip to page 1, page 2, if it had this possibility it would be possible to solve this problem with it.

And another technical question, if I move the blog section to a separate property that users will see, then they will see all sections of information? For example, the category MUSIC I open for everyone in the blog, but the category FINANCE is blocked for special people class which I will approve! and when people in the blog section saw the sidebar with the category FINANCE the system will request authorisation to this section. But if it is possible to close pages and the blog, and also to add objects to the blog, it's a jackpot!

In WebSiteX5 I only found the option under...

3 Sitemap

   Special pages
Blog: Article pages <--- mark and click on "Protected" at the top

...to lock all blog article pages and unblock them for specific users, but not select specific categories of blog articles.

Maybe Incomedia can tell you if that's the case or if I've missed something.

Hello,
as Daniel mentions, I can confirm that the option to lock only a certain category of blog posts behind a password is unfortunately not available.

Let's start from the beginning, I block the blog for registered users, the user registers automatically and is in a certain group right? After registration in automatic mode in the PRO version he can see everything in the blog. But you still have the possibility to set up other access and even give aliases to the user, and now an important question, people who have already been moved manually by me to a higher access level, what can they see? What is the point of having an access level if it does not separate anything special in the blog?
The blog is the only place from which you can carry information to all pages from one place without having to make changes on each page! In any case I will think of something maybe with sections, but I like that in the blog you can put a banner, and a link to friends, give, and link to pages to give, so it is the heart of the distribution of information from the author! Why I choose your system because it is universal and for me personally I have not met better in convenience, but in functionality is sometimes lacking some things.

I will tell you frankly your system can not create many pages, I was asked to create a site with hundreds of pages maybe 400-500 under keywords for search engine and your system began to show me a window that the project is too big try to divide it into several. So you can't load your system with too many pages!

Hello,
the software does support a higher number of page if you wish to do so, however a warning appears to recommend considering splitting the projects in order to optimize the loading times: the higher the amount of pages in a single project, the slower it can be, especially on older hardware.
