The Incomedia employees will probably only be online again on Monday during office hours in Italy.
As far as I know, only one website and one domain are possible per account. A second web hosting package is required for a second website with a domain. Exact information on Monday from Incomedia.

as Daniel mentioned, I can confirm that you would need a separate hosting space for each website you would like to have.
