When I start my Project, the program tells me the Symbol font hasn't been linked to the project. It tells me run Project Analysis in step 5 to identify missing font. Doing so does not reveal the missing font. Can anyone provide me with guidance? If so, Thanks.

If texts are copied somewhere else and pasted into WebSiteX5, then "invisible" font formatting can be copied and then this message appears.
In the Project Analysis it can be determined on which page and in which object and where in the grid this text with the "invisible" font formatting is.
Here the text can then be copied, pasted into the Windows Editor to remove the font formatting, then copied in the Windows Editor and thus replaced the text previously copied into WebSiteX5.
Maybe the experts know a quick way to solve the problem.

Daniel, my problem seems to be harder to pinpoint. In the Project Optimization (PO) section, I show zero errors. I do, however, receive a number of Alerts and Information incidents. Unfortunately, none of those incidents seem to be referring to a font or Symbol problem. Could it be that the program already made the Symbol substitution before I ran the PO? Thus showing no errors.
The error messages about the font on the right are only displayed if the correct page has been selected on the left, see screenshot below

If you don't want to search for errors, you can ignore the error messages about the fonts and WebSiteX5 will replace the fonts.
If you want the WebSiteX5 users and moderators in the community to help with troubleshooting, then perhaps provide a link to the website.
Or if it is a serious error, then wait for the Incomedia employees, they may offer to send the project in for review.

Thanks for your helpful thoughts, Daniel. Here is the link to the Home Page. The reason I am pursuing a fix to this problem is to concomitantly gain the ability to embed a font containing a series of symbols, e.g., bullets, buttons, arrows, asterisks, etc. A current example of why this desire relates to applying bulleted and numbered text. The only way I am aware of for adding bullet or numbered text is the two buttons in the editor ribbon (see the ribbon above). That poses a formatting problem if, for example, I want to add space before and/or after the line. The editor won't let me do that.

B) Copy symbols

----- Examples -----
The copied symbols can be used like letters within a text.
The triangles and circles can also be used in the sitemap to mark the levels.
