In dieser Email finden Sie Informationen bzgl. eines notwendigen Updates auf die neue Version des PayPal Checkout.
Die vorherigen Checkout-Versionen sind veraltet, können nicht mehr beantragt werden. Auch der Support der vorherigen Versionen wird bald eingestellt. Dies betrifft unter anderem PayPal Standard, PayPal Plus und Express Checkout. Aktuell raten wir daher all unseren Händlern dazu, die neueste Version des PayPal Checkouts zu integrieren.
Das Upgrade ist kostenlos und Sie erhöhen die Conversion-Rate ihrer Website immens. Viele Shop-Betreiber sind schon umgestiegen und nutzen die Vorteile des neuen PayPal Checkouts über die PayPal Commercial Plattform.

Verwendest du das "Paypal (veraltert)" oder das "Paypal Commerz" ? Bei zweitem sollte eigentlich kein Update kommen bei Paypal.

Hello Andy,
I would suggest following these steps to repeat the PayPal onboarding, and then contact them to see if they still detect your website as using Express Checkout.
We have not received other similar reports from users in Germany, so far.
1) Remove the PayPal Commerce Platform payment method from your project.
2) Close Website X5.
3) Go to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro and delete the folder called browsercache
4) Restart the PC.
5) Run WebSite X5 as administrator, open your project and add PayPal Commerce Platform again, repeating the onboarding procedure.
6) Regenerate the project's files with CTRL + Preview, then export the website choosing the option to upload all of the project's files.
