I have noticed that I no longer have access to use templates that I have already purchased.  Do I have to buy them every time I use them?  It used to be I could buy it and use it multiple times.  Also a lot of the templates that were free are no longer free.  Is this intentional or is this another bug in this release?

As far as I know, the purchased objects and templates are linked to the user account.

If a user purchases the current version with a different user account, Incomedia would have to help and connect the current version to the previous user account so that the purchased objects and templates can continue to be used.

Incomedia employees will be online during office hours in Italy from Monday.

Hi Alvin:
When you bought the templates you had to download the executable files (.exe) to install them. I just bought the agency version and noticed that I don't have access to the purchased templates on the home page. I installed them, it took a while to convert, since some I had were made with v.13 of wsx5, and I can use them now.

And NO, you don't have to buy them every time you are going to use them, that's what the executable file is for, to have the original and modify it as many times as you want.

Regards.

Now if you mean selling them to clients, NO, you can't, you would have to buy it again, so your client will have their own purchased template and you will have yours to modify... or so I understand from the EULA file that is included.

2.2 Guaranteed Limited Use

The User can use each purchased Template on one single project/website, which may belong either to the User or to one of his clients. If the User wishes to use the same Template for a second project/website, he must purchase a second copy of the Template.

I prefer to make a project from 0 (zero), so I avoid license limits in the templates.

To recap, according to EULA.
You buy a template: You can modify as much as you want, but, you are only allowed to publish it on one website, yours.
If you want to publish it on another website or client, you will have to buy the template again. Remember that as of this v2024.3.1 with the Pro version you can no longer sell to clients.

Although the Agency version is supposed to allow us to sell to third parties without having to repurchase the template, more than once. I hope so. I haven't bought a template recently and I haven't read a current EULA. xD

Regards.

Hi Alvin,

once you buy the templates, you can use them for all the projects you want to without having to buy them again.

Could you please report the names of the templates in question, so I can check if I can find them associated to this account?

Thanks! Kind regards.

Today it is allowing me to use my purchased templates.  In the snippet is the last one I purchased.  Yesterday it was showing as requiring credits to use it, today it's not.
