Hi, yesterday I tried to check my eshop but unfortantly I can not add any product to the basket and if I press the basket its loading all the time. You have any solutions?

could you please regenerate the files of the project with CTRL + Preview (you should see a loading bar in the preview, wait for it to finish), then after this is done, export the website again choosing the option to export all of the files?

The same. Probably I did not make correct the steps. Can we have a online meeting asap in order to share my screen and to check it. It is passing the time, I am loosing sales because of the failure of the program after you upgrade it. I am waiting for a solution

Could you please provide me with a copy of your project?
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the Export the project option to generate an IWZIP file.

I have re-exported the project with the same procedure, and am able to add items to the cart now.
Please give it a try as well.
Please follow the steps below to reinstall the software cleanly, and then download the project again here and import it into the software:

I have also deleted empty cells in the project's pages or filled them with empty HTML objects, to prevent other types of malfunctions.
1) Uninstall the software normally, from the Windows panel.
2) Go to the path C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Incomedia and delete the folder corresponding to your version of the software (it should be WebSite X5 – Pro).
3) Restart the PC.
4) With the antivirus and firewall temporarily disabled, run as admin the installer you can find here: https://www.websitex5.com/download/v2024.3/wsx5_pro.exe
