A couple of questions about file size.
When I export out to HTML to upload, the file size that’s going to the server is 21.8 MB.
In project optimization the “Project Size” is 12.8 MB. What does this mean?
(Is this the actual working size of the files being used for the website or something else?)
Also, in project optimization the “Website Size” is 5.62 MB.
(Is this actual size of the loaded website or something else?)
Thanks

Best Regards,
Hello Donald,
if you export the website, and then choose "Start" for the Project Optimization, does the Website Size change?
It may be that you are still seeing a size that does not reflect the current one.

... (It > En) ... if you are interested in knowing the exact weight of the site on the web, you just need to do a very simple thing:
1) - in Step_5 Export to DISK in a new and empty folder on the PC, named for example "SiteName";
2) - once the export is complete, right-click on the "SiteName" folder, and from the context menu select "Properties", and there you will see the exact real dimensions of the site, the same as it will have on the web...
... keep in mind that any old files already present on the web, you are the one who must delete them if they are obsolete to recover web space...
... the same server with its panel however shows you the occupied and available space, with the allocations for the e-mail management space...
