Dear Team,
I have purchased the WebSite X5 Pro on Dec 10, 2024 using the same email address.
I have received an email containing license key the from 2Checkout (now Verifone) Support <***>
However, I am not able to activate this product using the key received as Activation Error 325 shows up. I am also not able to add this key to my incomedia account license key section.
Requesting you to resolve the issue urgently.
