Blog - Big seo worries  en

Hello,

THE PROBLEM: When I perform an analysis with Website Auditor (or equivalent) of my site and, mainly, my Blog, I get: Errors: 950 - Warnings: 1281 - Information: 7715. In short, I grind my teeth all the more because when I take a closer look I see that these errors come from the Blog.

I then decide to do the same test on the Incomedia Blog. The result is not at all reassuring! crycrycry I would even say that it is very worrying!

1/ Big problem with dynamic URLs and this question mark that Website X5 automatically adds in front of each URL of a new article! Here is what Google's guidelines for webmasters indicate: "Best practice is that URLs are coded properly and free of dynamic characters."

2/ Titles and meta descriptions duplicated in cascade which is unforgiving for SEO.

HERE ARE SOME PATCHES:

You (the cheated users) want patches to fix (partly) these problems encountered in a so-called PRO software?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

- Step 3 - Plan - Special pages: Main page, double click --> for the figure, choose as many lines as possible per sheet (ideally as many as there are articles), because the software creates as many duplicate titles and meta descriptions as there are articles in your block divided by this number of lines. Imagine a blog with 50 articles! This type of patch makes for an indigestible page, but SEO improves significantly.

- Step 1 - Settings - Blog: Article settings - General tab --> Delete all words in Tag, because the software creates as many duplicate titles and meta descriptions as there are words.

Consequently:

- Step 1 - Settings - Blog: Side blocks settings --> Delete as many items as possible in the list. Nuage is no longer necessary (really too bad) and Monthly Articles poses the same problems as those revealed above. On the other hand, it is difficult to separate from Categories which poses exactly the same problem. The integration of Facebook also poses a problem: the analysis considers that all the links are broken. Which is also the case when using the Social Icons object.

A relevant, interesting, evolving response from Incomedia? I also note that I have fewer and fewer responses (even hollow ones) to my posts and yet I have been on the so-called PRO version for more than 10 years.
