EMAIL CONTACT NOT WORKING

I can'td get the email contact form to work. I have read other user comments and i have tried the following to no avale: Change the Get Post and etc in preference; Change to low server; Make sure that my server can handle PHP 5 PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP?!?!?!?!?

What does it say in your admin folder?
