Unactive objects

Hi guys,
I m wondering if you can explain me how to update the objects in X5.
After installing newer version of X5 the optional objects seem to be inactive. I tried to click on them (hope for self-update) but no action was made. Ibrowsedd to optional objects but I didn t find how to update them in the section. I m attaching the picture for understanding what I need to be changed.

Simply drag the objects into the grid and they will then normally be loaded and activated.

it doesn t work, I tried.
My test with "X (ex Twitter)", see

If nothing changes after waiting 20 seconds or more, then something on the computer could be blocking the Internet connection to the Incomdedia server, perhaps the antivirus program, the firewall or something else.

Hi,
I did drag it to the cell, but I didn t open the object so nothing happend, now I see it.
In previouse versions it was somehow different.
