Hello, I have had a major crash on my machine and need to install Web plus on my new machine. How can i do this please.

it seems that you have logged into the Help Center with a new account instead of an account associated with a licence.
If you login with the right account, you will be able to download the installer for your latest version and also retrieve your licence key.
Let me know if you are having issues with logging in, I can reset the password for your actual account if necessary.

If it is WebPlus, then it is a different program than WebSite X5.
