On website opening, immediately moves to bottom of page

It seems since last software update that when opening one of my sites it now immediately moves to the bottom of the homepage. If I scroll back to the top, when the next image is dispayed in the background of a text box I have at the top of the page, once again the display moved to the bottom of the page.
this does not seem to be browser related as I have the same experience on multiple browsers and devices
as this is not happening on other sites where I don't have cycling images in the top of the page I assume it is somehow related to that.

Some users have already reported unwanted scrolling.

I am sorry about the issue, we are taking a look at the Swiper Animated Slider and similar objects to address this behavior.
