Hello!
I am trying to activate a workplace for an employee in Website X5 Agency, but I am not receiving the codes needed to install the program. A message appears stating that codes are being requested too frequently (see screenshot).

And right away, so we don't have to come back to it twice, how do we deactivate the workspace later if needed?

Hi Nikolay,

please try again after having disabled firewall, antivirus and VPN and having started the software as administrator. Also, please make sure you check in the spam folder as well. 

As to your second question, you will just have to uninstall the software from the PC you won't be using anymore.
