Email Form is not Working since i posted everything still its not solved ?

Please resolve my problem i was trying to modify the php versions also still i am not getting emails and once my application updated to latest edition these options was not displaying (Step 4 - Advanced Settings and open the Data Management window: the available options can be found in the E-mail form script type section.) i am using latest Pro version please help me sir

Many web hosts have the setting “PHP Mailer (recommended)” or ask the web host whether another script type is required.
Depending on the web host, check the box [X] or not [_].

5 Export > Export the website to the internet / Parameter
