please uninstall the programm. Make sure that the folder (if you use windows vista or windows 7) C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Incomedia\ is deleted.

then reinstall the program again.

Windows 7 - This did not work unfortunately, I can understand you protecting your software but I am now almost 48 hours in this situation....????? Please provide a solution asap.

please let me know all the steps you did so far, so we can reconsider where the issue might be.

Make sure that in this path: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Incomedia\ your name is written instead of "username".

I uninstall website x5 evolution

then delete C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution

then delete C:\Users\Rnn\AppData\Local\Incomedia

re install the program, it activates ok then import my website/s then export to website still have unregistered user on images etc.

I hoped that with deleting those folders the message would be deleted as well, but due to fact that you created the project with an unregistered version, the project itselfs costs that issue. This has been done to protect the software.
The only solution you have is to rebuild the project.

You will appreciate how UNSATISFACTORY this is and also how UNHAPPY i am with your "answer", If i send the projects to you, it is not possible to unlock them? This has to be a joke?! I was supporting your company on facebook etc and recommending to friends but this is Terrible service.

we are not able to give support for importing a project into website x5, which was build with a cracked version because we do not know anything about the settings of the unregistered version.

Did you try to import the project on a different computer (where the unregistered version was not installed before)?
Did you delete all the folders of website x5 and Incomedia (hereby it is usefull to use the windows search function)?

The last I can offer is that you send us your file (if nothing of the above mentioned helped) and we have a look at it.

i was using the program with a bought reg.key and was working wel the only thing what was no right was the fact that the key was not visable in my user profile.
So two weeks back Samantha helped me with getting the reg.key visual in my profile map now i have also the problem with the Unregistered Version tekst and black/with pictures on the site the site that was good before how is WEBSITEX5 gonne help me.
(i'm using a orginal payed reg.key).
For now i have manipulated/uploaded the pictures but the tekst Unregistered Versionis is still visible.

Now i have uninstalled the older version and installed the latest version from my profile download.
After installing the new software there was no question about installing the bought user reg key !!!!!!.
And because of that i gues why i get an updating error 503 WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THIS SOFTWARE AND WHY IS INCOMEDIA MAKING IT SO HARD TO NOMALY US THIS SOFTWARE AFTER INSTALLING IT.
