Friday, 3:00 pm.... And the issue has been reported more than 24 hours.
No message to publish fix..... !!!!
Do you thinking leaving the situation like this during all week end...????????
Users are working during this time... And no more information about this issue.
Should be more pro to communicate often about this situation..... Like many providers done during same issue...
You... "we have some issues with your partner" .
that's all.... no info since more 24h !!!!!
You missed some steps during a technical incident, regarding your customers/users which have paid for a service.... not deserved properly since more 24h !!!!
And WE PAID ....... not for a service not available.....

We are sorry for the situation. Unfortunately, the issue depends on our technical partner and is not under our direct control.
We are in constant contact with them and are doing everything possible to expedite the resolution. As soon as we have official updates, we will share it publicly.

ut also depends of the signee contract
..... seems not a premium conract after 24h of outage....
we understand that it is a cheaper contract with best effort.
