2025.3 Worst
Author: L. MysonFor the first time, I'm glad that I didn't extend for 1 year, if you continue in the same spirit, then the maximum that you can buy from you is objects, not a program! I downloaded your demo version and to be honest, I still didn't understand where you spent so much time, Magic Site is not true AI, it just generates a new site from old cubes, I didn't see anything new here. He makes mistakes, you can't talk to him, I can't take it and when he has already created a website, change its color, etc. Your AI created a dark blue website for me, as a result, fixing errors takes much more time than creating a website from scratch! It doesn't do anything and doesn't expand the site functionally in any way, that is, I can't connect API payment systems, even GPT can do it. You never updated the normal product page, it's a shame, you didn't finish some elements and started making others! Where is the normal web panel? Looks like a disgrace of low-quality, where are the normal comment modules? You need a normal manager who will give everyone in the ass because the work is frankly bad!
If you do AI just to improve sales, then give me unlimited or let me connect my AI or local or CLAUDE because GPT is very stupid and does not know how to design at all, I have a lot of projects where I started making sites with GPT, these were the most unsuccessful sites. If you have already taken up AI, give it the opportunity to connect new payment systems, change stores, etc.! You frankly have a lot of things that don't work even in the elements. I can, if I want to buy all your objects that you have tomorrow, but some of them are frank garbage that does not expand any opportunities! If you have already made updates, why can't I see an overview of the possibilities on YouTube?

Hi!
We’re of course sorry that your experience with the latest version hasn’t been fully satisfactory. I’d like to clarify a few points about the AI: MagicSite is based on models developed by OpenAI. Currently, it is intended only for creating new projects, so it cannot be used to modify existing websites.
The process works in several steps: it starts with a conversation with the AI, where you provide the information about the website to be created. The more detailed and precise the information, the better the result. Then you choose the style, selecting from the AI-suggested themes (colors and fonts, usually four options) and decide which pages to include among those suggested. Finally, the AI generates the full website, which you can customize. We call it full website rather than template, because it is a project created from scratch and built according to the information provided using both the objects included in the software and any optional ones you have purchased.
The resulting projects are complete and can include, if requested, a blog and e-commerce. In short, the AI available in WebSite X5 2025.3 allows you to get a new, structured, and customizable project.
I'm available for further information and wish you a lovely day.
Customers who have been following you for years haven't asked for this. Instead, they've been asking for months, if not years, for substantial improvements to key sections of the software, like the blog and e-commerce. Unfortunately, these needs seem to be ignored.
It's a real shame to see such a valuable product increasingly distanced from the real needs of its users.
INCOMEDIA - you should listen to the customers.
Version X8 was good. I loved v. 12. Version 13 and 14 came up with some new things.
Version 17 was a stable version - and since then, not much has happened.
The last many versions has contained NO new functionality, but only bug-fixing.
The new tnings that comes, is made as objects, that you have to pay for. And I see this new AI, that does not function very well, also has to be paid for.
I can confirm that the few new things that comes, is something not asked for - and what's asked for, newer comes.
I have an old stable version. I like my X5, and if I should create a little quick website, I will use X5.
If I should need e-commerce or blog, I cannot use X5.
INCOMEDIA - you should wake up, or you will fall into a very deep sleep. It is not too late yet.
Money is money.
They are oly motivate by this.
Look at the 3 lastest versions.... Only for their IA.... (bugged obviously and not asked by users...NEVER on this forum) And nothing for others fixes or new features.
He guys, don't forget, we paid for a pro version where nothing appears.
Customers, and their ideas is not the line followed by dev and company...
If your question is not asked by many many users, it's obviously a stupid question and never the option/feature will be into the software.
.and and and .....

I see it the same way.I still miss the resource library, which was so heavily promoted and unfortunately removed in the newer versions. Why, exactly?I don't want to have to pay for every new feature either.
Hi everyone,
Thank you all for sharing your perspectives.
We are sorry that some of the recent developments may not align with what you would have preferred. Please consider that decisions about what to introduce in new versions depend not only on what we are suggested by users, but they follow a broader internal evaluation that includes technical feasibility, long-term sustainability, market trends, and the overall direction we want for the product.
We’re aware that not every update will interest everyone in the same way. Nonetheless, we release several new versions every year and continue to work on improvements across different areas of the software. We truly hope that some of the upcoming developments in the next releases will prove more useful for your specific projects.
Thank you again for sharing your feedback, we wish you a nice day.
Blablabla .....
Dear Elisa,
Thank you as always for your kind feedback.
Unfortunately, I fear you've missed the point: we're not asking for developments useful for our specific projects, and I want to reiterate this. Rather, we're asking for necessary implementations to modernize the software and keep pace with current needs.
“What is missing is not AI, but the willingness to fix long-standing bugs and introduce functions that have now become essential: proper responsive management, a more flexible CSS/JS editor, updated SEO tools, and compatibility with modern frameworks. Instead of focusing on superficial features, Incomedia should listen to the community and prioritize what truly matters. Otherwise, the risk is that Website X5 will fall behind the competition, which has made huge strides in recent years.
suggestion: do not end a respons/feedback with -I wish you a lovely day- or -We wish you a nice day-. It reads like you are not interested in the conversation, you took critics personal, that the customer has no clue of how difficult the life of a service provider is.....
We do know, we are suppliers that know when we end a respons with - have a nice day- when a customer showed frustration, we have decided that we are willing to loose that customer.
Just saying, have a nice day!
On the other hand, I blindly update my software and pay for it as long as I use the software. Cause I know that the source needs support to remain the source. And todays standing is never the end result, sometimes you lag, sometimes you lead. But lines like -I am glad I did not bought the update, after previewing the new version- misses the point of long term relationships, and I do understand the frustration at the receivers end of such message. So the respons above is not meant as critics, I was just saying, to all who wants to read it.
Sometimes I do read my first messages to the team, let me assure you: I do know what frustration is, and what responses can escalate the level of frustration. Can only thank the team that they helped me to develop to be a more patient person, and it helped in many ways :)
